Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Product damaged or defective on arrival
- Wrong product received
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed
- Cancellation before product dispatch (if allowed)
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Digital/downloadable products
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Products used, damaged by customer, or missing accessories
- Customized/personalized items

3. Refund Process
- Raise a refund request within 7–10 days of delivery at pyramidagrotech@gmail.com
- Provide order ID, issue details, and photos/video evidence (if applicable).
- Our team will review and approve/reject the request.
4. Refund Timeline
Once approved:
- UPI / Wallet: 2–3 working days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 working days
- Net Banking: 5–10 working days
Timelines depend on the payment gateway/bank.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Some items from a multi-item order are returned
- Product returned with missing parts
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- If shipped, cancellation is not possible; the customer must request a return (if allowed).
7. Failed / Pending Transactions
If money is deducted but the order did not go through:
- The amount will be auto-refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 3–7 working days.
